David Jiménez, a 2015 Nieman Fellow, is a journalist with over 20 years of experience as a war reporter, foreign correspondent, and editor-in-chief of El Mundo, Spain's second largest daily newspaper. He is currently a columnist for The New York Times's Spanish edition, and is also the author of four books, including his latest "El Director" (Libros Del Ko, 2019).
