Stanimir Vaglenov is the founder of the <a href="http://www.bijc.eu/en/">Bulgarian Investigative Journalism Center</a> and the executive director of the Information and Online Services Department at the <a href="http://www.vgb.bg/bg-BG/Default.asp">Newspaper Group Bulgaria</a> in Sofia. He was awarded the Global Shining Light Award at the Global Investigative Journalism Conference in Toronto, Canada for his work on <a href="http://www.reportingproject.net/powerbrokers/index.html">the OCCRP cross-border project about the Balkan energy market</a>.
