Sandro Galea is Chair for the Department of Epidemiology at Columbia University and is also Anna Cheskis Gelman and Murray Charles Gelman Professor of Epidemiology for the school. He was previously associate professor at the Center for Social Epidemiology and Population Health at University of Michigan.
