<span class="il">Laura</span> Krantz McNeill is the senior editor for subscriber products at The Chronicle of Higher Education, where she drives strategies to better align editorial products with the needs of the audience. For seven years she was a reporter at The Boston Globe and she was among the earliest hires at VTDigger. She is a 2023 graduate of the Executive Program in News Innovation and Leadership at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York.
