Jenifer McKim, a 2008 Nieman Fellow, is a senior investigations reporter and senior trainer at the New England Center for Investigative Reporting.  She investigates criminal justice, child welfare and housing stories for print, digital and broadcast. McKim is also a journalism instructor at Boston University and, before joining NECIR in 2013, McKim was a reporter for The Boston Globe and the Orange County Register.
